ORDER :

1. Adjourned to the date already fixed, i.e. 01.06.2017.

2. The Director General of Police, Haryana, is directed to file an affidavit as to why video cameras are not installed in Police Stations so as to verify the correctness of allegations coming up very often before this Court, with regard to illegal detentions having been made; and upon warrant officers being appointed pursuant to writ petitions seeking a writ of habeas corpus filed in the Court, FIRs are being registered/DDR entries are being made, after notices are issued in such petitions.

3. A copy of this order be given to the learned counsel for the State under the signature of the Special Secretary of this Court.
