Mr. Anil Kshetarpal, J. (Oral).:- The plaintiff is in revision petition against the order dated 24.01.2017 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Mansa.

2. The trial Court had framed additional issues, which are extracted as under:-

“9-A.Whether the property in dispute is self acquired as purchased by Ramji Dass, if so to what effect? OPP

9-B Whether there is any execution of the sale deed as alleged, if so, to what effect? OPP
