JUDGMENT :

Arvind Singh Sangwan, J.

This order shall dispose of aforesaid two petitions praying for quashing of FIR No. 12 dated 11.01.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 395 of the Indian Penal Code (TPC for short), registered at Police Station Sector-31, Chandigarh and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise effected between the parties.

2. Vide order dated 29.09.2017, the parties in CRM-M-36937-2017 were directed to appear before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate to get their statements recorded with regard to genuineness of the compromise.

3. A report dated 27.11.2017 has been submitted by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Chandigarh, wherein it has been reported that statements of the petitioners-accused and respondent No. 2-accused have been recorded and statements made by the parties in the Court reveal that they have voluntarily entered into a compromise and the Court is satisfied that the parties have amicably settled their dispute without any fear, pressure, threat or coercion and out of their free will. The complainant has stated that he has also compromised the matter with petitioner-Jai Kishan @ Jackson.
