1. We are dealing with five appeals arising out of the judgment of conviction dated 09.09.2015 and order of sentence dated 11.09.2015 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana. The appellants in CRA-D-1501-DB-2015, CRA-D-1605-DB-2015, CRA-S-4385-SB-2015 and CRA-S-4599-SB-2015, have been convicted and sentenced in FIR No. 8 dated 02.02.2012 under Sections 302,379,465,468,471,474,201,120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC') registered at Police Station Haibowal, Ludhiana, as under:-
