JUDGMENT :

ANIL KSHETARPAL, J.

1. By this judgment, CRA-S-644-SB-2017 and CRA-S-730-SB-2017 as well as CRR No.1087 of 2017 arising from a common judgment passed by the learned trial court shall stand disposed of. Learned counsels representing the parties are ad-idem that these two appeals and a revision petition can conveniently be disposed of by a common order.

2. Two appeals have been filed by the convicts, whereas the revision petition has been preferred by the prosecutrix. Relevant part of the order of sentence reads as under:-

3. The convict Surinder Singh @ Shinda is sentenced as under:-

U/S 120 r/w Section 120-B IPC

To undergo rigorous imprisonment for one year and to pay fine of Rs.500/- (Rs. Five Hundred only). In default of payment of fine, to further under imprisonment of same kind for 10 days.

U/S 354-A r/w Section 120-B IPC

To undergo rigorous imprisonment for three year and to pay fine of Rs.1000/- (Rs. One Thousand only). In default of payment of fine, to further under imprisonment of same kind for 20 days

U/S: 292 r/w Section 120-B IPC
