JUDGMENT

Rajiv Sharma, J. - This appeal is instituted against the judgment dated 22.12.2016 and order dated 11.1.2017, rendered by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jhajjar, in Session Case No. 255 of 2013. Appellants Surender Singh alias Tinku, Anil, Amit alias Sunda and Vikas alias Chotiya were charged with and tried for the offence punishable under Sections 364, 302, 201, 120-B, 34 IPC and Section 27/54/59 of the Arms Act. They were convicted and sentenced to undergo imprisonment as under:-
