JUDGMENT

Raj Mohan Singh, J. (Oral) - Petitioner seeks grant of regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.252 dated 24.07.2019, registered under Sections 379, 411, 413, 414, 120-B, 201, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC and under Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act and under Section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, at Police Station Murthal, District Sonipat.

2. The FIR was got registered on the basis of secret information qua the complicity of Dr. Navneet @ Sonu, Niranjan @ Manji, Pardeep @ Sandy and Ajay in selling stolen cars in Punjab, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh etc. and for preparing their forged documents and forged bank NOCs. The aforesaid persons were apprehended at a police Naka when they were coming in a Fortuner car and they could not produce documents of the car. A .32 bore revolver and 4 live rounds were recovered from the right waist of Pardeep. He could not produce any Arm Licence.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that as per the allegations in the FIR, the petitioner has not been named and his name came to be added in the case on basis of disclosure statement of Manoj Kumar. Name of accused-Manoj was disclosed by Dr. Navneet @ Sonu and 3 others
