JUDGMENT
Anil Kshetarpal, J. - This order shall dispose of Criminal Misc. No. M-16091 of 2020 ("Rajeev Kumar v. State of Punjab") and Criminal Misc. No. M-17732 of 2020 ("Kaifi v. State of Punjab").
2. In both the petitions, the petitioners have prayed for grant of pre-arrest bail in a case arising from FIR No. 40 dated 15.04.2020 registered under Sections 407, 420 & 120-B IPC at Police Station Nihal Singh Wala, District Moga. Learned counsel for the petitioner in Criminal Misc. No. M-16091 of 2020 has annexed translation of the FIR, which reads as under:
