Rajesh Bhardwaj, J. (Oral). - Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

This is an application seeking preponment of the date in the main petition.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application and with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, same is allowed. The main petition is preponed from 09.12.2021 and is taken up on Board today itself.

Main Petition Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.223, dated 25.09.2018, under Sections 366, 120-B, 506 IPC (Sections 366 and 120-B IPC removed and Sections 365 and 328 IPC added), at Police Station Sadar Ambala, District Ambala, and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 09.03.2021 (Annexure P-3).
