JUDGMENT
Raj Mohan Singh, J. - The case has been taken up for hearing through video conferencing.
2. Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.192 dated 09.03.2021 registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 IPC at Police Station City Narnaul, District Mahendergarh.

Subject to deposit of Rs. 2 lakhs in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Narnaul within 15 days and the petitioner's joining investigation as and when called by the investigating agency as also abiding by the other conditions provided under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C, in the event of his arrest in FIR No.192, dated 09.03.2021, registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 IPC at Police Station City Narnaul, District Mahendergarh, he shall be released on ad interim anticipatory bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. | |
It is clarified that the above deposited amount shall be disbursed to the State against security and will be subject to the final orders to be passed in the petitioner's trial. | |

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has complied with the aforesaid order.
5. This fact has been admitted by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jitender Singh and submitted that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation of the case.
6. In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 22.04.2021 is made absolute. Petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
7. Petition stands disposed of.
