JUDGMENT

Raj Mohan Singh, J. - The case has been taken up for hearing through video conferencing.

2. Petitioners seek grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.42 dated 24.03.2021 registered under Sections 324, 506, 34 IPC at Police Station Sadar Rewari.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance of order dated 08.04.2021, the petitioners have joined the investigation.

4. Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Mukesh admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioners are no more required for further investigation in the case.

5. In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 08.04.2021 is made absolute. Petitioners shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

6. Petition stands disposed of.
