JUDGMENT

Gurvinder Singh Gill, J. - The petitioner has approached this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered vide FIR No.63 dated 08.4.2019, under Sections 452, 323, 324, 148 and 149 IPC, registered at Police Station City Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

2. This Court had passed the following order on 15.1.2020 :-

"The learned State counsel has informed that in the present case three persons from the complainant side were found to be injured namely Harnam Singh, Gurnam Singh and Bhagwan Singh. It is stated that while Harnam Singh received one injury on his left bicep, Gurnam Sin gh received one injury on his head and Bhagwan Singh received two injuries i.e. one on his forehead and another on his bicep. It has, however, been informed that all the aforesaid injuries are simple in nature.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, it is deemed appropriate to direct the petitioner to join investigation. It is so ordered.

In the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on interim bail subject to his furnishing personal bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as a
