JUDGMENT
Arun Kumar Tyagi, J. - The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'the Cr.P.C) for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.33 dated 13.04.2015 registered under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 in Police Station Khamanon, District Fatehgarh Sahib to which Sections 464, 467 and 471 were added later on.
2. First petition-CRM-M-10053-2019 filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail was dismissed vide order dated 08.05.2019 and his second petition-CRM-M-4343-2020 for grant of regular bail and application-CRM-14982-2020 for grant of interim bail were dismissed vide order dated 11.08.2020 by this Court.
3. The petitioner has now filed third petition for grant of regular bail in view of the change of circumstances.
4. Pursuant to supply of advance copy of the petition, learned State Counsel has appeared and opposed the petition. However, no reply has been filed on behalf of the respondent-State.
5. We have heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel and gone through the relevant record.
