JUDGMENT

Jasgurpreet Singh Puri, J. - Both the petitions are taken up together for final disposal since one of the petitioner namely Om Parkash is petitioner in both the cases and rather it will be necessary to take up both these cases together for final disposal in view of the peculiar facts and circumstances.

2. Both these petitions have been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of the FIRs based upon compromise between the parties.

The facts of both the cases are as follows:

3. The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of the FIR No.116 dated 28.05.2020, under Sections 420, 506 IPC and Section 10/24 of Emigration Act, 1983, registered at Police Station Garhi, District Jind, Haryana and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom, based upon compromise between the parties.

4. The present FIR was lodged on the basis of complaint made by one Balwan-respondent No.4 by alleging that his brother namely Ram Roop who is respondent No.3 told him that he is sending his son
