ALOK JAIN, J.
1. On the oral request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the main case is preponed and taken on Board today itself.

1. The present application has been filed to withdraw the main petition whereby the petitioner has prayed for grant of bail in FIR No.92 dated 05.05.2014 under Sections 341, 323, 324, 506, 148, 149 of IPC, 1860, (Section 325, 201 IPC added later on) and 25, 27, 54 Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Lalru, District SAS Nagar.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, on instruction from Mr. Rajbir Singh, the brother-in-law of the petitioner, who is present in Court today. The identity proof of the said person is duly verified by the counsel for the petitioner.
3. In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
