Singh, Sri Sanjay Kumar and Sri Balram Yadav learned counsels for the petitioners and Sri Rakesh Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel for opposite parties in the above noted writ petitions.
2. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, as the common question for allotment of examination centre for High School and Intermediate Examination, 2010 are raised in the above said writ petitions so they are being clubbed together, heard and decided by a common judgement.
3. In the State of Uttar Pradesh the High School and Intermediate examinations are conducted by a body known as Madhyamik Shikcha Parishad, Allahabad, U.P. (Hereinafter referred to as ‘’Board’) and for the said purpose various centres are allotted in different institutions situated at different places in districts throughout the State.
