Headnote:(A) Criminal Procedure Code, 1973—Section 439—Bail—Granting of—Offence under Sections 498-A, 304-B of IPC and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act—Cause of death is unnatural, which has not been explained by applicant—Applicant was living in same house where incident had taken place—Applicant not entitled to be enlarged on bail—Bail application rejected.

       (B) Bail—Application for—Annexing incorrect and incomplete copy of FIR—Effect of—FIR is very important document for disposal of bail application—It is directed that any bail application, without having certified copy of FIR or its eligible photocopy, shall not be entertained by registry—Registrar General to issue necessary directions forthwith in this regard.
