Headnote:(Indian) Penal Code, 1860—Sections 302/34—Arms Act, 1959, Section 4/25—Murder—Conviction—Legality of—Three eye-witnesses are close relatives—However, they were subjected to lengthy cross-examination—Nothing could be elucidated—Their testimony could not be discarded merely because they are relatives of deceased—Sufficiency of light at place of occurrence—Question of—Witnesses deposed that at time of occurrence a gas lantern was illuminating—Recovery of weapon on pointing out of accused persons were sent for chemical examination alongwith used cartridges—As per the report the cartridges were fired from these weapons and human blood found on the Kanta—Conviction upheld. Appeals Dismissed.
