Industrial Disputes Act, 1947—Section 2-A—Industrial dispute—Workman, working as Tagadir—Held, to be a workman—Termination from service as neglecting his duties—Contention that inspite of warning petitioner not improve his conduct and work efficiency—Labour Court order for reinstatement after considering the facts—Since the workman in question was employed and worked in Bulandshahar and his services were terminated in Bulandshahar, hence State of U.P. would be appropriate Government to make reference—No illegality or infirmity in the findings of the Labour Court.
