Headnote:Criminal Procedure Code, 1973—Sections 161, 397 and 401—(Indian) Penal Code, 1860—Sections 498-A, 323, 354, 504 and 506—Discharge—Rejection of—FIR—After investigation police submitted charge-sheet—Statements of complainant and her daughter recorded under Section 161 of Cr.P.C.—Corroborated version given in FIR—In these circumstances High Court finds that there was sufficient material on record and case diary to frame charges against revisionist—Application for discharge rightly rejected—A case is pending under Domestic Violence Act against revisionist—Administration fixed a specific portion of house for use opposite party No. 2 wife of revisionist—From allegation made in FIR it also apparent that accused persons tried to forcibly evict her from portion under her possession—Such act may be covered under Section 498-A of IPC.

       Revision Dismissed.
