JUDGMENT

B.N. SHUKLA, J.-

Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned AG.A appearing for the State.

2. It is contended by the learned Counsel for the applicant that the applicant is a farmer and has completed all the formalities and then the electric connection was given to his tube-well but the connection papers were not given to him. The applicant is in jail since 23.8.2008.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned Counsel for the applicant and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.

3. Let the applicant Hari Ram involved in case Crime No. 266 of 2008, under sections 135, 136, 139 Indian Electricity Act, P.S. Mauaima, District Allahabad be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned provided the, applicant deposits due amount within one month after his release.

Bail Granted.
