Land Revenue Act, 1901—Section 219—Revision—Writ petition against—Maintainability—Availability of alternative remedy of second revision—By virtue of Section 219(2), legislature has prohibited filing of second revision by the same party, therefore, bar contained in sub-section (2) of Section 219 would not come into play and petitioner will still have a right to file a revision against the order impugned before the Board of Revenue.

       Petition Dismissed.
