Headnote:(Indian) Penal Code, 1860—Sections 363 and 366—Criminal Procedure Code, 1973—Sections 161 and 164—Release—Victim confined in Nari Niketan—According to Medical Examination Report she was found pregnant—And she was aged about 18 years—At this stage fact of age is disputed—But, it is admitted that corpus has given birth to a child in Nari Niketan—In circumstances keeping corpus in Nari Niketan does not appear to be proper—She may be released from Nari Niketan forthwith.
