Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

2. Mr. Atul Bahuguna, Advocate, files his power on behalf of the respondent no. 1. The same is taken on record.

3. By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has sought the following relief :-

A. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quash­ing the Award dated 18-11-2009 (Annexure-1 to the writ petition) passed by respondent no.2/Labour Court, Dehradun.

B. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus com­manding the respondents not to give effect to the award dated 18-11-2009 (Annexure-1 to the peti­tion) passed by the respondent no.2.

C. To issue a writ, order or direction of suitable nature in favour of the 2011 (2) Mussoorie Dehradun Development Authority Versus Shri Rameshwar 1067 petitioner and against the respondents as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

D. To award the cost of the writ pe­tition in favour of the petitioner.
