B.S.Verma, J.—

By means of this writ petition, the petitioners have sought the following reliefs:-

I. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the notice dated 9-11-2011 (Annexure No.1) issued by the respondent Bank u/s 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002.

II. To issue any other writ, order or direction or grant such other further relief in favour of the petitioners, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

III. Award the cost of the petition to the petitioners.

Both the learned counsel for the parties have submitted that since pleadings have been exchanged, the writ petition may be disposed of finally at the admission stage.

2. Brief facts giving rise to the present writ petition, according to the petitioners, are that petitioner no. 1 is a partnership firm and is engaged in the business of processing of seeds and Mr. Vijay Singh son of Mr. Babu Singh is its partner. In the year 2010, petitioner no.1 firm took a loan from the respondent Bank under Cash Credit Limit facility to the tune of Rs. 65 lacs and a term loan of Rs. 5 lacs, which were paid to the petitioners on 6.6.2010.
