2. The controversy involved in the present case relates to abadi land marked by letters Ka. Kha. Ga. Gha. And Ka. Ga. Cha. Chha. in the map attached with the paint, situated in village Barmauli Pargana Baraunsa, Tahsil and District Sultanpur.
