Hon’ble V.K. Shukla, J.—Present public interest litigation has been moved before this Court by an association working in the name and style of Hindu Front for Justice and claiming that the said association has been formed on 3.5.2013 and for getting itself registered under the provisions of Societies Registration Act 1860 has moved application but till date no adverse communication has been sent. Petitioner No. 2 describes herself as Secretary of the association and petitioner Nos. 3 to 10 claim that they are the office bearers/members of the association and a declaration has been made that present writ petition in question is being filed in the individual capacity as well.
2. The grievance that has been sought to be raised by the petitioners in the present writ petition is by assailing the validity of the decision of the State Government wherein in the matter of granting pension the State Government in its wisdom has chosen to block 25% of the benefit of the pension scheme in favour of minority community.
