Hon’ble Vivek Kumar Birla, J.—Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State.
2. The only prayer made is that the respondent No. 3 be directed to expedite the disposal of mutation case No. 27/34/62/442/739 (Smt. Radha Devi v. Rajendra Singh), under Section 34 of L.R. Act within time bound period. It has been stated in para 10 of the writ petition, the proceedings are pending since 2007 and have not been concluded.
3. The petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to the Government order dated 16.5.2012, whereby it has been provided that the respondent No. 3 may be directed to decision the mutation proceedings/cases as early as possible within six months.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the decision rendered by Hon’ble Single Judge of this Court in the case of Chandra Bali v. Additional Commissioner and others, 2012(4) ADJ 13, wherein after considering the various decisions of Hon’ble the Apex Court as well as of Division Bench of this Court the following general mandamus was issued quoted as under :
