Heard learned counsel for accused-applicant as well as learned Additional Government Advocate and gone through entire record.

2. Applicant Sunil Kumar Mishra @ Pappu is involved in case crime no.309 of 2014, under Sections 394/411 IPC, police station Patranga, district Faizabad.

3. It has been contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated and amount shown to have been recovered belongs to him. It has been further contended that the accused-applicant is not named in the FIR and his name has figured in statement of co-accused. It has been further contended that co-accused Arvind Mishra has been enlarged on bail vide order dated 01.04.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. Case No.731 (B) of 2015. Last contention is that the accused-applicant has been languishing in jail since 17.11.2014, as averred in para-27 of the affidavit filed in support of the bail application.

4. Bail is opposed by the learned Additional Government Advocate on the ground of facts mentioned in the FIR and recovery memo.
