This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to direct the court below i.e. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Jaunpur to decide the case no. 01 of 2015 under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, P.S. Line Bazar, District - Jaunpur expeditiously.

2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA appearing for the State.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the concerned Court below is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously preferably within the period prescribed under the Statute itself.

4. With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
