2. Present is a bail cancellation application filed by the applicant/complainant Smt. Pooja Pal with the prayer that this Court may be pleased to cancel the bail granted in favour of opposite party No. 2-Atique Ahmed vide order dated 12.4.2005 passed by Hon’ble Mr. Justice C. P. Mishra as he was the then and by means of which the bail was granted to opposite party No. 2-Atique Ahmad in Crl. Misc. Bail Application No. 6080 of 2005 in Case Crime No. 34 of 2005, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302, 120B and 506 IPC and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station Dhoomanganj,
