Heard Shri Devi Nandan Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
2. By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 15.09.2015 passed by opposite party no.1/District & Session Judge, Gonda.
3. Facts in brief of the present case are that petitioner filed a suit for possession of property recorded as Khata No.3309 situated at Mohalla Pandey Bazar, Pargana and District-Gonda which she had purchased through registered sale deed dated 26.05.2000 registered as Regular Suit No.1541 of 2001 before Civil Judge, Junior Division, Gonda.
4. By order dated 25.11.2013 issue nos.10 and 11 have been framed which reads as under : -

5. By order dated 07.05.2015, Additional Civil Judge II (Senior Division), Gonda had rejected defendant's application for deciding the issue no.11 as a preliminary issue.
6. Aggrieved by the same, defendant/Zuber filed a revision bearing Civil Revision No.164/2015 under Section 115 of Code of Civil Procedure. By order dated 15.09
