Finding of the Court:
Without entering into the merits of the case, it is directed that the application dated 27.2.2020 filed by the petitioner be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner

JUDGMENT :
1. For the correction of a certain record, the petitioner had filed certain application under section 38 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 on 27.2.2020 before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, District Azamgarh. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said application was not being decided and, therefore, a prayer has been made for expeditious disposal of the said application.
2. Without entering into the merits of the case, it is directed that the application dated 27.2.2020 filed by the petitioner be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
