1. Heard Sri. Harish Chandra Mishra, learned counsel for the applicants, Sri. Rajendra Kumar Maury, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

2. This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred seeking the quashing the charge-sheet dated 2.2.2020 submitted in Case Crime No. 328 of 2019 State of UP vs Gagan and others, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Prem Nagar, District Jhansi, cognizance taken by Civil Judge (S.D.)/Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhansi in charge sheet dated 2.2.2020 as well as entire proceedings of Case No. 11480 of 2002 pending in the court of Civil Judge (S.D.)/Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhansi on the basis of compromise entered into between the parties.

3. Learned counsel for the applicants has argued that the parties have entered into compromise on 15.12.2018. He further argued that in compliance of order of this Court dated 8.2.2021, the parties have appeared before the learned Judicial Magistrate-1, Jhansi for verification of the compromise entered between them.
