ORDER :
1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State and perused the record.
2. Applicant has moved the present bail application seeking bail in Case Crime No. 560 of 2019 under sections 147, 148, 149, 294, 307, 323, 324, 504, 506 I.P.C. police station Deoband, District Saharanpur.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is an innocent person. He has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that there are cross version of incident registered by both the parties. No specific allegation has been assigned against the applicant. In the incident both sides have received injuries and at this stage it cannot be ascertain which party was the aggressor.
4. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that co-accused Vinod Kumar, Ramesh, Ravindra @ Binder and Vipin have already been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 27.09.2019, 18.12.2020, 11.01.2021 and 25.03.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 38960 of 2019, 47066 of 2020, 47328 of 2020 and 13110 of 2021 respectively. Submission is that the case of the applicant is not on worse footing than that of co-accused
