JUDGMENT :

1. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner to apply for bail or seek other remedy.

2. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer.
