JUDGMENT :

RAJEEV SINGH, J.

1. Heard, learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.

2. The present application has been filed with a prayer to quash the impugned summoning order dated 10.01.2013 and N.B.W. order dated 28.02.2020 passed by Sessions Judge (SC/ST PA Act), Bulandshahr in S.S.T. No. 2210 of 2019 (State vs. Rajpal and Others), arising out of Case Crime No. 61 of 2012, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3(1) 10 of SC/ST Act, P.S. B.B. Nagar, District Bulandshahr pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bulandshahr.

3. After arguing the matter up to some length, learned counsel for the applicants submits that he does not want to press this application on merit and he confines his prayer only to the extent that applicants may be permitted to surrender and move bail application, before the court concerned and suitable directions may be issued that same may be heard and decided expeditiously, in accordance to law.

4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection in grant of aforesaid prayer.
