JUDGMENT :
1. Heard learned counsel for applicant as well as Sri Lal Bahadur Pandey, Advocate who has filed affidavit of compliance which is taken on record.
2. Learned counsel for respondent submits that order of the writ court dated 22.01.2021 passed in Writ Petition No. 1904 (SS) of 2021 has been complied with and the representation of the applicant has been decided by order dated 08.02.222 passed by District Magistrate, Lucknow. A copy of the order dated 08.02.2022 has been annexed along with affidavit of compliance.
3. Considering that the respondents have proceeded to pass an order dated 08.02.2022, it cannot be said that the respondent now runs in contempt of the order passed by the writ Court. Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed leaving it open to the applicant to challenge the said order before appropriate Court in appropriate proceedings.
