JUDGMENT

Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J. - Mr. Alok Mahra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner does not wish to pursue the matter and he seeks permission to withdraw present contempt petition, for which he has moved withdrawal application.

2. In the interest of justice, withdrawal application (IA No. 13553 of 2021) is allowed.

3. Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
