JUDGMENT
Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J. - Mr. Sahil Mullick, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to file fresh for which he is moved withdrawal application.
2. In the interest of justice, withdrawal application (IA No. 2 of 2021) is allowed.
