JUDGMENT

Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J. - By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to the Court of Ist Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Dehradun for expeditious disposal of Execution Case No. 14 of 2020.

2. It is contended that Original Suit was filed in the year 1995, which was decreed by First Appellate Court on 09.05.2019.

3. Having regard to the facts of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a request to Court concerned to make every endeavour to decide the Execution Case No. 14 of 2020, as early as possible. Unnecessary adjournment to the parties should be avoided.
