JUDGMENT

Raghvendra Singh Chauhan, CJ. - Although the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision taken in the meeting dated 01.11.2021 and 03.11.2021, and is also aggrieved by the transfer order dated 26.11.2021, the learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer only to the consideration of the representation dated 29.11.2021 submitted by the petitioner before the Chief Engineer, and Head of the Department, Public Works Department.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the submission of the said representation, the representation has not solicited any reaction so far.
