JUDGMENT

Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J. - According to the petitioner, a declaratory suit has been filed against her by the respondent, which is pending before learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Dehradun and is registered as Original Suit No. 59 of 2018.

2. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to the Court concerned to expedite hearing of the said suit.

3. Having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a request to Court concerned to make endeavor to hear and decide the aforesaid suit as early as possible. It is made clear that any unnecessary adjournment shall be avoided.
