JUDGMENT
Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J. - Mr. Pradeep Hairiya, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State, based on the averments made in para 3 of the compliance affidavit filed on behalf of opposite party, submits at the bar that the order passed by Writ Court has been complied with.
2. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. Notice issued to the opposite party is hereby discharged.
