JUDGMENT

Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J. - Petitioners were employee of Kumaon Mandal Vikas Nigam. They filed separate writ petitions, claiming arrears of salary from 01.01.2006 to 31.07.2009. Their writ petitions were allowed by a common judgment dated 12.10.2017.

2. Today, Mr. A. Joshi, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party has made a statement that pursuant to the order passed by Writ Court, arrears of salary, as claimed by the petitioners, has been paid to them.

3. Mr. Rajesh Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute such statement made on behalf of opposite party.

4. In view of the submission so made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the Contempt petitions are closed. Notices issued to the opposite parties are hereby discharged.
