JUDGMENT

Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J. - Mr. Lalit Samant, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the order dated 05.03.2018 passed by Writ Court in WPSS No. 1678 of 2011 has been complied with, inasmuch as, the only direction was to consider petitioners’ case for regular pay scale, which has now been considered by the Competent Authority and the same is rejected. He further submits that petitioners have challenged the rejection order by filing fresh writ petition.

2. In such view of the matter, the contempt petition is closed. Notice issued to the opposite party is hereby discharged.
