JUDGMENT
1.With consent, heard finally.
2. By filing this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to consider her Caste Certificate and to get the same verified from the Issuing Authority (SDO, Datia, District Datia) at an early date, keeping in view the fact that the admissions for medical seats are permissible only up to 30th September, 2014.
3. According to the petitioner, in view of some discrepancy in the name of her father, the Counselling Authority had permitted her to get the certificate corrected vide permission dated 16.09.2014 (Annexure P/7), but thereafter even after correction, the certificate submitted by her (Annexure P/8 & P/9) are not being treated to be correct.
4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and keeping in view the urgency of the matter, we dispose of this petition, directing the Counselling Authority of the respondents to get the petitioner's Caste Certificate (Annexure P/8 & P/9) verified from the SDO, Datia, District Datia on or before 25th September, 2014.
