Short Note :

1. The writ petition was directed against the order by the Board of Revenue for M. P. refusing to restore the application for restoration of the revision dismissed in default filed by the petitioner

Held : The Board has observed that there was no sufficient ground for restoration. The question whether there was sufficient ground or not is a pure question or fact which cannot be interfered with in exercise of writ jurisdiction. Petition dismissed.
