ORDER

1. The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following reliefs:-

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that on a complaint made by the petitioner, Police Station Dimni, District Morena has lodged an FIR in Crime No. 233/2020 for offence under sections 302, 341, 294, 34 of IPC but the respondents No. 5 to 8, who were also named in the F.I.R., have not been arrested.

3. So far as the prayer made by the petitioner for issuing a direction to the police to arrest the accused persons is concerned, the same cannot be granted.

4. The Supreme Court in the case of D. Venkatasubramaniam v. M.K. Mohan Krishnamachari reported in (2009) 10 SCC 488 has held as under :-
