JUDGMENT

Atul Sreedharan, J. - Learned counsel for the applicant wants to withdraw this second application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. with liberty to file afresh in the week commencing 12.06.2023 or after the statement of complainant is recorded before the trial Court, whichever is earlier.

2. The application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
